Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information:
Shipping and handling is included the price of the paintings we sell. We typically ship via ground service and a tracking number will be sent to the email of the person who placed the order. The container, packaging and shipping method may vary based on the size of the painting purchased.

U.S. Shipping Only:
Currently we ship only to destinations in the continental U.S.

Shipping Method:
We will ship via ground service, such as USPS, UPS, FEDEX Ground, utilizing the best method for the size, weight and delivery destination. All shipments will be insured up to the value of the artwork.

Customers will be provided a tracking number for their package within 1 business day of shipment.

Shipping Time:
Shipping time frames can run 5-10 business days. If you have specific time requirements or delivery needs, please contact us. At this time we do not ship outside the continental United States.

Expedited Shipping:
If expedited shipping is needed, please contact us upon completion of your order. Customers will be responsible for expedited shipping costs.

Refunds and Returns:
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed! If you are not satisfied with your artwork purchase, you can return it for a replacement (of equal or lesser value), store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase. Our Return/Refund guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper installation or accidents.

Return Guidelines:
A Buy Art Give Art painting that is purchased directly from Buy Art Give Art can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or credit in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs. All merchandise must be returned unused, in new condition and be accompanied by the original materials and packaging. The condition of the item(s) is left at the discretion of Buy Art Give Art.

Please contact us before returning any products. Be sure to include the following information in your email: full name, address, email, date of purchase and order number and reason for return.

No refunds will be issued if a product is returned without authorization. Non-defective artwork may be exchanged if the artwork is in a condition that allows for resale (see below for our policy regarding defective products).

Due to limited and uniqueness of our artwork, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed. All orders shipped with free shipping and submitted for return will be refunded in full, less shipping charges. All refused packages will be refunded in full, less shipping charges.

Buy Art Give Art does its best to display our artwork as closely as possible as it will appear in person. However, in some cases, it is beyond our control concerning the exactness of colors. Colors may sometimes appear slightly different in person than the colors appear online. Buy Art Give Art will not be held responsible for artwork that may differ from image colors on this website.

Defective or Damaged Products:
You must contact Buy Art Give Art within 10 days of receipt of a defective/damaged product or incorrect order. If you believe your artwork is defective/damaged, please contact us explaining the problem within 10 days of receipt. If the product is determined to be defective or damaged by no fault of customer, a full refund or similar replacement (if available) will be issued.

In some cases, Buy Art Give Art may require you to send back the defective or damaged product. In these cases, we will provide you a shipping label for the return.

Incorrect Orders:
If Buy Art Give Art ships an artwork other than the piece ordered, please notify us within 10 days of receipt. We will issue a return label to have the product sent up at our expense. The customer will have the choice of receiving the correct product, another item of the same value, or receiving a full refund including shipping charges.

Due to limited and uniqueness of our artwork, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed.
